How to use?
- Adjust the water bath to 65-70ºC, put the finger splint into hot water for 2-3 minutes.
- After the finger splint turns to soft and pliable, remove and blot dry with a clean towel.
- Mold splint around the finger until it is the correct shape.
- As this splint cools, it will harden into a rigid, protective covering. Hook and loop straps be hold the splint in place, padding/liner materials increase patient comfort.
- With a perfect memory, it can be remoldable.
Attention:
- Before moulding, please make the material dry. With water in its surface, it cannot be worked well as some clients hope it keep the feature of a little sticky during operating, thus to make it easier on the right position.
- If the water overheats, it may damage the anti-stick coating of the material, thus to made somewhat adhesion.
- This item needs to be stored at room temperature, in a dark, airy environment and should not be exposed directly under the sun.
- Expired products will become brittle, break easily, adhesion, etc. Not suitable for use.
